Yes he's an Outlaw but he's only an Outlaw because the establishment says he is. He hunts bad guys and has a strong moral compass. But ever since he defected from Westworld, he refuses to live by man's imposed laws or restrictions. So he's the good that protects the weak, innocent, and broken....then hunts the bad & ugly.
